* Sperry Software and You Software agree to dissolve their relationship

  Back in April of this year, Sperry Software and You Software decided to end their relationship.  
  While You Software will continue to sell You Perform, Sperry Software will go on selling it's 
  line of Outlook add-ins.
  We tried a business model that the market simply didn't accept in the kind of volumes that we thought, 
  and so we decided that it was best we go our separate ways.

  If you purchased the You Perform package from You Software, you'll need to contact them from now on in 
  order to get support for their software.  

* All add-ins have been upgraded

  In the meantime, we've upgraded our add-ins to version 3.0 (or better, in some cases).  All Sperry Software 
  add-ins now support multiple Outlook profiles, have better help, and install into a main Outlook toolbar for 
  easier access.  We also strengthened and improved the install/uninstall experience.  In addition, many of the 
  add-ins have undergone feature additions - too many to list in this email.  So, we'll cover a few in each 
  edition of this newsletter starting with Attachment Save and Auto Print (below).  A complete list of the 
  features and bug fixes for each add-in is available on the website, as are the images showing what the new 
  add-ins now look like.

  Many customers have asked about upgrades.  If you purchased on or before June 1, 2004 (this was the official 
  date we first joined with You Software) then you must purchase the add-ins again (at a 50% discount however).  
  If you purchased after June 1, 2004 your upgrade is free.  Email us at Sales@SperrySoftware.com to find out 
  how to upgrade; please include your order id or the email address you used when you purchased so that we can 
  quickly process your request. 

* CD option now available

  Sperry Software is excited to announce that you can now order your add-ins on CD.  Previously, once you 
  placed your order you received two emails, one that had the download URL link, and a second (about 15 
  minutes later) that had the registration keys.  Now you have the option of also requesting your order be 
  shipped to you on CD for an additional $9.00.  Many people have asked us for this ability and we're glad 
  to be able to finally deliver it, especially those that are limited to dial-up (given that the average 
  add-in download is now 5.5 MB).

* New features in Attachment Save and Auto Print 

  Attachment Save and Auto Print have undergone significant changes.  Here's a list of the new features 
  specific to each:

  Attachment Save:
    1) Added Delete & Remove specifically to Sent Items 
    2) Filter added to only operate on attachments of a certain size
    3) Use Subject, From, and/or Received Date as the save filename
    4) Included a new "Yes To All" button when deleting emails that had attachment links

  Auto Print:
    1) You can now specify "*.*" in the filter of attachment types 
    2) Image files can now be sent to a different printer than the default
    3) Margins, page orientation, and paper size can also be adjusted
    4) You can mark the email as read after processing (so you can see what's been printed)
