SYMPTOMS
When installing the Sperry Software add-in, you receive the following error message:

          Error 1904: Module [filename] failed to register

CAUSE
The most common cause for this error is that you are not using Outlook 2000 or higher.

RESOLUTION
Make sure that you are using Outlook 2000 or higher, not Outlook Express

COMMENTS
You can tell which version of Outlook you have by going to Help...About Microsoft Outlook.   It should be something like the following:
   9.x.x.x    Outlook 2000
   10.x.x.x  Outlook 2002 / XP
   11.x.x.x  Outlook 2003
   12.x.x.x  Outlook 2007

If it says 6.x.x  you are using Outlook Express and you can contact us for a refund.
