Problem:
After restarting Microsoft Outlook, any settings changed in a previous session are not saved. Also, for Add-ins such as Schedule Recurring Email, any e-mail templates are not saved when Outlook is restarted.
Solution:
After changing any setting for any add-in, click on the Apply button. Clicking on the OK button does not guarantee that the setting will be saved. If the Apply button is not clickable, try changing any of the other settings until the button is clickable, click on the Apply button, and then undo the changes.
For any add-in that creates templates, mainly Schedule Recurring Email, after creating the template, you must CLOSE the e-mail, not send it.
