SYMPTOMS
When you view the current reminders you find that there are blank reminders in the grid.
CAUSE
There is probably some bad entries that are not allowing those items to show.
RESOLUTION
It is possible to modify the reminders directly. The data is stored in the file FollowUpRemindersData.txt found in My Documents\Sperry Software. Items that appear blank in the grid are rows with no values and are distinguishable from valid reminder rows.
