SYMPTOMS
When using Attachment Save, the links are added to the email but the files were not removed.

CAUSE
This is usually caused by an incorrect setup.

RESOLUTION
Make sure that the  "remove attachment from mail option" is checked on the configuration screen. 

*Important - Make sure that you have backed up your profile before running this feature.  If you run the Undo feature, it will add the attachments back onto the emails, creating duplicate attachments on each email.  This is undesired and unavoidable unless youhave backed up the profile and you can reset it.
