Mobile Email Redirect is having problems redirecting attachments to an iPhone.

SYMPTOMS
When redirecting an email using Mobile Email Redirect to an Apple iPhone, the email is sent, but attachments are not being properly sent.

CAUSE
Mobile Email Redirect uses a different SMTP component outside of Microsoft Outlook to redirect emails. This is done so that headers can be modified so that when you reply, it will reply to the original sender and not the the redirecting Outlook client. There is a known issue between the SMTP component and the iPhone.

RESOLUTION
Currently, there is no resolution for this problem. Contact Sperry Software Tech Support for any problems.
