Problem:
Schedule Recurring Email's user grid is empty when there are recurring emails available. The log file shows a message about "End date occurs before begin date."
Solution:
A fix is to delete the Scheduled Email calendar. Run the our Sperry Software Registry Cleaner and re-install the add-in. This should create a new calendar that is not corrupted. If a new calendar is not created, create a new calendar and then have Schedule Recurring Email point to that calendar.
Comments:
This issue appears to happen after upgrading Outlook from 2003 to 2007. On the upgrade, the calendar folders get corrupted.
