Problem:
When using Mobile Email Redirect, the user may receive one of the following messages:
"Message not sent: Error during disconnect. Reason: No response from SMTP Server."
-or-
"Message not sent: Error during connect. Reason: no response from SMTP Server."
Solution:
With the first message, make sure that you are using the correct port.
With the second message, there may be an authentication issue where the server requires a special authentication that is not currently supported by the add-in. Contact Sperry Software Technical Support (techsupport@sperrysoftware.com).
