Symptom
When trying to install or use a Sperry Software add-in, a pop up will warn the user that a Trojan is detected. Sperry Software will then not function.

Cause
A recent update to McAfee has been reported to cause this conflict with our software. It will flag our copy-protection methods as a possible Trojan.

Resolution
You will need to install a newer version of our software. Uninstall your current add-in with our Uninstall Add-ins Tool (found in the following page: http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Tools.asp). Then contact Sperry Software Technical Support (techsupport@sperrysoftware.com) for a different version of your software.
