SYMPTOMS
When installing the Sperry Software add-in, you receive the following error message:
Internal Error 2755.3 or an error message about a mapped drive/pathname not found
CAUSE
This error only appears to occur when installing on a Terminal Server
RESOLUTION
Use a UNC in place of the mapped drive.
