Follow these instructions:
  Exit Outlook
  Uninstall via Control Panel…Add/Remove Programs (for XP; for Vista and Win 7 go to Control Panel…Program Features) then find Sperry Software in the list and click Remove
  Download your add-ins from from http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Downloads.asp  (Save it, don't run it)
  Install it by double clicking on the file you just downloaded (you can open folder too)
  Start Outlook
  When prompted, type in your Order number (not your keys)
    If you're not prompted, for your order number when you start, be sure to check the box to the left of the add-in's name in the Sperry Software Configuration window.
    In addition, if you're in the Configuration window and the add-in is inactive, be sure to check the box to the left of the add-in's name in the Sperry Software Configuration window to activate it.
    If you don't know your order number, you can get it from our website (http://www.SperrySoftware.com, click on Support, then click #1 (Request that your keys be resent)).
