Outlook 2003 crashes when clicking on Page Setup

Applies To:
Auto Print and Print On Demand

Symptoms:
Clicking on Page Setup causes Outlook 2003 to crash when running on Windows 7 or Windows Vista

Cause:
This is a problem with a third party component.

Resolution:
It will be necessary to upgrade to Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 and then upgrade to at least version 4.0, or alternatively to downgrade from Win 7 to Windows XP.
