Instructions:
To help us debug problems, you can turn on a debug log file and then send that in to us. To turn it on, go to (in Outlook) Tools...Sperry Software...Options.Check the "Enable writing to the log file", then restart Outlook and try to duplicate the problem. After you do, go back to the Sperry Software...Options window, click the "Send To Support" button, put down a brief description of the problem in the email, and send it. We will be able to diagnose the problem and will reply back when we have a resolution.
Taking screenshots is always helpful. Paste them right into the email if applicable.
Note: Before performing the above steps, you may want to be sure you are using the most current version.To do so, go into Outlook...to the Sperry Software add-in configuration window...About...Check For Updates and follow the instructions.
