Applies To: Any add-in during or immediately after installation
Symptoms: Outlook crashes and you are using an anti-virus. You may receive an error similar to this one: Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6550.5003, time stamp 0x4d10fbc4, faulting module MSVBVM60.DLL, version 220.127.116.11, time stamp 0x4791a724, exception code 0xc000000, fault offset 0x000c9a49, process id 0x125c, application start time 0x1cbb2e9d6b7e090.
Cause: Anti-virus programs (including AVG and others) sometimes prevent the add-ins from working properly.
Resolution: Exit Outlook. Perform an upgrade and/or update to the anti-virus system and restart Outlook. If the problem persists, you can return the add-in for thirty days after the date of purchase.
