SYMPTOMS
When opening or closing Microsoft Outlook, you receive the following error message:

          Error occurred at line 2.  Reason: ActiveX component can't create object

CAUSE
This message is displayed when the user has an anti-virus program that is blocking the add-in from registering properly. 


RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, uninstall the current version and contact technical support for a new version that will not conflict with the anti-virus program.
