SYMPTOMS
When using the Sperry Software Add-ins, you notice that the add-in is no longer functioning.   When you click the Sperry Software Add-ins button, you see that the screen is disabled.    You re-enable it but every few minutes it is disabled again.

CAUSE
There was an issue with the installers that caused the copy protection to believe that it was not a legal copy.

RESOLUTION
Download the latest version of the add-in.  This bug has been resolved and the new versions do not have this issue.  You can find the download to the latest version in your original email after your purchase.
