SYMPTOMS
When you have the Sperry Software add-ins installed, Outlook crashes when you are sending or replying to a message, or just closing any open windows.

CAUSE
This is caused by an issue where the menus are not cleaned up correctly.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these directions:
  Click the "Sperry Software Add-ins" button.
  Click the "Options" button at the bottom of the configuration screen.
  Check the box that says "Disable Menu Preallocations".

This only happens when users are running Outlook 2002.
