How to Troubleshoot the email and attachments not printing in order

SYMPTOMS
When using Auto Print or Print on Demand, the print outs are not in order. This is evident when the email attachments are not printed with the email.

CAUSE
This is caused by the delay that it takes to load a file in its default program and then sending the print command. Some larger files may take a little longer to load, allowing other files that load quicker to make it to the print spool out of order.

RESOLUTION
The Print on Demand and Auto Print add-ins allow setting a delay to wait between print jobs. This is declared in seconds. Usually, setting this delay to 2 or 3 seconds is sufficient. Larger documents may require a little longer delay.
