SYMPTOMS
When installing the Sperry Software add-in, you receive the following error message:
Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: (path)
CAUSE
This error occurs if the MSI file has been renamed after installation, and then is executed again.
RESOLUTION
Temporarily disable internet security and download the add-in again. Be sure to restore your security settings when you have finished.
