SYMPTOMS
After installing the Sperry Software add-ins on Outlook 2007, you receive the following message when you close Outlook:
MAPI session cannot be closed ... Error 429 in modOutlook::outlookClose: ActiveX component can't create object.
CAUSE
An unknown file has been overwritten.
RESOLUTION
Run the Office repair utility. This will correct any file that was corrupted.
