VCard converter only Exported 1 contact?
SYMPTOMSWhen exporting contacts using the VCard Converter, there is only one contact that is exported.
CAUSE
In most cases, all of the contacts were exported, it just appears as though there is only one. This happens when the user double clicks the vcard file and it opens in Outlook. Outlook will only display one contact from a vcard file. Outlook does not support multiple contacts per file. If the user opens the vcard file in notepad or some other text editor, it will be apparent that there, in fact, all of the contacts listed.
RESOLUTION
Open the vcard file with notepad or another simple text editor and you should see all of the contacts listed.
