How to transfer Recurring Emails to another computer?

This section describes how to transfer the Schedule Recurring Email emails to another computer.  The Schedule Recurring Email software requires moving two separate items to the new computer.

After installing the add-in on the new computer, complete the following:

The first step involves the Scheduled Email calendar.   This calendar contains the data to determine when an email is scheduled to go out.   When you click on the calendar view, a second calendar is listed (Scheduled Email) in the left panel.   The calendar needs to be copied to the new computer (into the scheduled email calendar created by the add-in).

The second step involves moving the email templates that store the email and address information.   To find the location of these template files, open one of the appointments in the Scheduled Email calendar (see above).  The body of the appointment will point to the location of the template file.   ** Notice that this path is a full path, not relative.   The folder containing these template files must be copied to the new computer and placed in the same directory structure so the path is exactly the same.

Once everything is copied, the add-in should recognize the appointments and function properly.
