This guide explains how to install and use the Outlook add-in.\u00a0 This modern web app helps you to avoid mistakes by putting up a warning prompt whenever you go to send an email outside your company, or if there\u2019s a certain number of recipients, or a certain number of attachments (or any combination of these conditions).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04f86da flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default flex-horizontal-align-mobile-default flex-vertical-align-default flex-vertical-align-tablet-default flex-vertical-align-mobile-default elementor-widget addition to working in Outlook desktop, it also works in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.office.com\/\">Office on the web<\/a>, and on Macs.\u00a0 However, this version does not support phones (yet!) Safeguard Send uses to decide when to prompt you.\u00a0 By default, a rule is created for you when you first sign up that simply displays a warning prompt like recipients is a Gmail address and is outside the company, and so is highlighted in red so you can easily see it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ede4b1a flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default flex-horizontal-align-mobile-default flex-vertical-align-default are displayed, not just their email \u201cdisplay names\u201d.\u00a0 This helps to prevent mistakes by allowing users to examine the email addresses carefully to be sure that this is what is intended.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-995c6bf flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default
