of the pages are filled with older information that may not be necessary, or perhaps a trailing blank page is always printed for some reason.<\/p>\n<p>For printing emails in Outlook one at a time (or even by selecting a few emails first) the process is simple but tedious.\u00a0 You begin by viewing an individual email or by selecting one or more emails from the main Outlook window (<i>Note: You can select more than one email by holding down the Ctrl key while left clicking your desired emails).\u00a0 <\/i>You then:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <b>File<\/b>\u2026<b>Info<\/b>\u2026<b>Print<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Choose the <b>Print Options<\/b> button<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <b>Page range<\/b> area and select <b>Pages<\/b> instead of <b>All, <\/b>and enter 1 <i>for the first page only<\/i><\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Print<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25116\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25116\" style=\"width: 730px\" of the selected emails.\u00a0 The only problem with this solution is that the number of pages does not apply to attachments.\u00a0 To resolve that problem, read on.<\/p>\n<h3>How to print only the first page of email attachments<\/h3>\n<p>Because Outlook does not natively support printing just the first page of an email attachment, you&#8217;ll need an add-in like <strong>Auto Print<\/strong> or <strong>Auto Print Pro<\/strong>.\u00a0 Auto Print will <a href=\"\/Email-Tools\/product\/auto-print\/\">allow printing just the first page of an attachment for all print jobs<\/a> that it handles sending to the printer, regardless of the type of attachment.\u00a0 Auto Print Pro allows for greater flexibility when handling attachments, and it can <a href=\"\/Email-Tools\/product\/auto-print-pro\/\">automatically print just the first page of certain attachments that meet your criteria<\/a>.\u00a0 For instance, you might want to print just the first page of PDF attachments that start with the word &#8220;Invoice&#8221;:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25117\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25117\" style=\"width: 601px\"
