{"id":95,"date":"2013-05-13T08:34:44","date_gmt":"2013-05-13T13:34:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sperrysoftware.com\/Blog\/?p=95"},"modified":"2013-05-13T08:34:44","modified_gmt":"2013-05-13T13:34:44","slug":"weekly-fixes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sperrysoftware.com\/Email-Tools\/weekly-fixes\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Fixes for the week of May 13, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">The following features\/fixes were done this past week:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">Auto Print: The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.SperrySoftware.com\/Outlook\/Auto-Print.asp\">Auto Print add-in for Outlook is now available in German<\/a>.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>The German language versions are available for Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 (both 32-bit and 64-bit).<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Outlook 2013 support is expected next week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">All Duplicate Eliminators: If you allow the trial period to expire on any of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.SperrySoftware.com\/Outlook\/Eliminator-Bundle.asp\">Outlook add-ins that remove duplicates<\/a>, then entered your order number, you still could not see the tabs where the actual add-in resided.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>This was because Outlook needed to restart, and all the add-ins tabs were visible after that.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>The problem is that the add-in failed to notify the user that Outlook needed to be restated.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>This has been fixed in all the version 4.1 duplicate eliminator add-ins, and is expected to be available for the 5.0 versions next week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">Power Rules Manager: When using Power Rules Manager (an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.SperrySoftware.com\/Outlook\/Power-Rules-Manager.asp\">add-in to help manage Outlook rules<\/a>) if while creating or editing a rule, when presented with the list of conditions, actions, or exceptions if there was a hyperlink present in the line and it was immediately clicked on, then the add-in moved the cursor to the bottom of the window and clicking OK did nothing.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>This has been fixed.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Similarly, if an extra carriage return was added to the end of any rule&#8217;s text input window, that rule would not retain the text when the Ok button was clicked.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>This has also been fixed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;\">Time Date Signature: If Daylight Savings Time was in effect, it was not shown in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.SperrySoftware.com\/Outlook\/Time-Date-Signature.asp\">outgoing email time stamp<\/a>.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>The standard time was always shown, and this has been fixed as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 The following features\/fixes were done this past week: \u00a0 Auto Print: The Auto Print add-in for Outlook is now&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[18],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-95","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"category-technical-support"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.7 (Yoast SEO v27.7) -
