*** Our newest add-in: Distribution List Manager ***

Sperry Software is pleased to announce the release of our 31st Outlook add-in, Distribution
List Manager. This add-in eases the pain of managing distribution lists. It adds a toolbar
button to your Outlook windows that allows you to easily create and manipulate your distribution
lists. When you delete a contact, it asks you if you want to remove your contact from the
distribution lists they were on to keep your distribution lists clean.
You can also create distribution lists directly from email or contact views with a single
click of a button, see all the distribution lists your contacts belong to, how many members
are in your distribution lists, one click backups of your lists, plus many other features.
Find out more at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Distribution-List-Manager.asp.

*** New features in Reply To All Monitor and Follow Up Reminder ***

Reply To All Monitor has been recently upgraded. We added the ability to warn when you are
going to reply to all AND you were BCC'ed on that email so you don't inadvertently "spill
the beans" that you were a BCC recipient.
Also added was the optional ability to warn when you reply and there were people CC'ed on
the message so that you keep everyone in the loop. Finally, we changed the way the original
Reply To All Monitor works so that it prompts you immediately if you want to reply to all,
rather than waiting until the "Send" button is clicked (so that you don't lose all the composed
text). You can find out more at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Reply-To-All-Monitor.asp.

Follow Up Reminder has also been upgraded. In this add-in, we added the ability to create
follow up reminders to already sent email, or emails in your Inbox. We also added an
"Ignore CC recipients when sending with Follow Up Reminders" to allow you better control
over who hasn't responded and you can now snooze variable length reminder times. Finally,
you can now send multiple emails to the same email address and get separate reminders (as
long as the subject is different). Find out more at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Follow-Up-Reminder.asp

Sperry Software would like to thank all the customers who have given us these valuable
suggestions. Without you, we'd only have mediocre products.

*** New features in Schedule Recurring Email, VCard Converter, plus others ***

We continue now with the listing of features/upgrades made to several of the add-ins since
the release of the 3.0 versions. All of these changes were driven by customers. We love
to hear from you so please feel free to email us with your feature requests and/or ideas
  for new add-ins.

  Add Email Address:
    * Created option to display the contact before it's actually saved so you can make changes
without having to look it up again

  Always BCC:
    * Added the ability to work with Meeting Items, which are different than email items.
You can choose to CC or BCC meeting items exclusively, in addition to emails, or never.

  Appointments By Email:
    * By request, it now allows for customization of the outgoing confirmation, so you can tell
    which computer sent the reply.

  Attachment Forget-Me-Not:
    * Optionally warns you when you send with a blank subject
    * Changed keyword entry to be more intuitive
    * Strengthened support for files that are normally sent every time, like vcards or images
    attached to signatures

  Email Reminders:
    * By request from a user in Australia, you can now send the email reminders with a high
priority. Some SMS providers in Australia will only forward emails with a high priority
marking. Also by request (from a different user), the order of the different parts has been
changed to To, From, Date, Subject, Flag, Importance, Categories, and Body to better serve
pagers, beepers, and other SMS devices with limited character space.

  Follow Up Reminders:
    * Added choice of color in the notes to help you categorize and organize your reminders

  Insert Date/Time:
    * Added Shift and Alt keys as hotkeys so you can specify combinations like Ctrl+Shift+A
to invoke the date/time. Some customers wanted to make the insertion character the same
as OneNote, and some wanted it to be the same as Excel. This feature satisfies both requests.

  Print On Demand:
    * Changed to work better with Inter-Tel attachments, and print all Outlook items, not
    just emails and their attachments.

  Quick Text Hotkeys:
    * Similar to Insert Date/Time, added Shift and Alt keys as hotkeys so you can specify
combinations like Alt+Shift+G to insert the text.

  Random Quote Insert:
    * Added button support for users who have Word as their email editor

  Schedule Recurring Email:
    * Added the ability send more than one file without sending the entire contents of a folder
    * Added a "Yes to all" and a "No to all" buttons for when you're coming back from vacation
and have a long list of recurring emails to send out

  Secure Email Forward:
    * You can now specify the CC recipients be sent in the forwarding email.
In addition, you can now see the email address of the person who sent the original email

  Time/Date Signature:
    * By user request, created the ability to add the time/date signature to the subject

  Vcard Converter:
    * Upgraded to allow import of vcards - Outlook has always had the ability to import
vcards, but our import allows for the case where multiple vcard entries are contained
    in a single .vcf file.

*** Did you know? A tip on date and time entries. ***

Time Date Signature, Insert Date Time, and Quick text Hotkeys all have boxes with little
arrows that you can pull down for date & time selections.
However, did you know that you can also type directly into these fields?
This means you can customize the date & time formats according to your needs by typing in
the characters that represent the individual parts of the date & time. For instance "m" =
month, etc. Here's a list of what can be
  accomplished:

  For Dates:
d - day of month, no leading zero (1-30 (or 31))
dd - day of month, with leading zero (01-30 (or 31))
ddd - day of the week, short form (like Mon, Tue, Wed)
dddd - day of the week, long form (like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
w - week of the year, no leading zero (1-51)
ww - week of the year, with leading zero (01-51)
  m - month, no leading zero (1-12)
mm - month, with leading zero (01-12)
mmm - full month name, short (like Oct, Nov, Dec)
mmmm - full month name, long (like October, November, December)
y - day of the year
  yy - two digit year
  yyyy - four digit year

  For Times:
  h - hours
hh - hours with leading zero
  n - minutes
nn - minutes with leading zero
  s - seconds
ss - seconds with leading zero
AMPM - Appends "AM" or "PM" to the time; if this is left off, you get military time

A few examples for December 1, 2005 at 1:05 PM:

  m/d/yy -> 12/1/05
  h:nn AMPM -> 1:05 PM

  dddd, mmmm d, yyyy -> Thursday, December 1, 2005
  h:nn -> 13:05

There were a few customers (especially those in Europe) who wanted to be able to express
the date and times in their format, now they can.

*** Call for beta testers: Mobile Email Redirect for Outlook ***

Here we go again! We're looking for a few beta testers for our upcoming add-in, Mobile
Email Redirect for Outlook. This add-in allows you to forward an email, while keeping
the original sender intact so that when a reply is sent, it goes back to the original
sender, not where it was forwarded from. It's designed to be used with PDA's (Blackberry,
Palm, any Windows Mobile device, etc) but it's also appropriate for call centers and small
businesses that want to always have replies sent to a particular address regardless of which
employee sends the email. Find out more, including how to obtain your free download at
  http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Mobile-Email-Redirect.asp.
