Subject: Outlook Add-In Newsletter for 2006, Vol 5

Welcome to the Sperry Software Outlook add-in newsletter which offers news, tips and other
information to keep you in the Sperry Software loop. Again it's a short one this time,
because we're STILL hard at work creating the new versions that will work with Outlook 2007,
 and we know you're busy.

*** Sent Items Organizer Add-In For Microsoft Outlook ***

Do you need to organize your sent email by project or job? If so, you might be a candidate
for our newest add-in, Sent Items Organizer. It allows you to file your sent email items into
folders you specify based on keywords like project names or IDs, or who you're sending it to.
It can also prompt you each time for the Outlook folder each time you send or you can have it
save each time to a folder you designate without your intervention.

Find out more, including how to obtain your free download at
  http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Sent-Items-Organizer.asp.

Note: You will need to upgrade your current add-ins from Sperry Software before installing this new add-in.
You can upgrade by going to http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/KeyAdmin-UserRequest.asp and requesting
your keys be resent. When they are resent, they will contain the URLs to your currently registered
versions. You can uninstall the previous versions by going to Control PanelAdd/Remove Programs and
selecting Remove.

*** Strip Attachments retiring ***

While we are loathe to retire any add-ins, this one never made the cut to the new look & feel.
Because of this, and because Attachment Save already does everything that Strip Attachments does,
we are retiring Strip Attachments. We will continue to provide support for the add-in, but we will
no longer sell it any longer.

*** Update On Our Outlook 2007 Versions ***

We are still working hard on our new versions. It's important to note that these new versions are
being re-written in Microsoft's newest framework, .Net. What does this mean to you? You will no
longer have to worry about keeping your versions in "lock step" - in other words, updating all
add-ins at once will no longer be required. In addition, while the new versions will target
Outlook 2007 and its new ribbon toolbar, they'll work with Outlook 2003 as well.

*** Recent Fixes And Updates ***

We continue now with our new segment to let you know what changes have been made to the add-ins.
Keep in mind that the items presented here are usually minor enough to not warrant a full release,
but are important enough to tell you about.

Add Email Address
  - Fixed error that prevented sending when viewing items in the Outbox
  - Saved item when using Word (sometimes recipients weren't seen resulting in no new contacts being created)

Auto Print
  - Collate button didn't stick (note: it paid attention to the flag, just didn't display it)

Attachment Save
  - Fixed error that prevented sending when viewing items in the Outbox
  - Fixed problem with items being Deleted inappropriately
  - Fixed subject replacement (was sometimes allowed to be too long during rename operations)
  - Deprecated top replacement for RTF format - users now will have no choice but to accept the
"bottom" choice when dealing with RTF format emails.
  - Fixed problem when using "/" in the Outlook folder name - this character is special to HTML and
so folders like "Suppliers / Partners" as an Outlook folder didn't work
  - Fixed typo on the Utilities tab

Distribution List Manager
  - Corrected a problem where the DL sometimes did not get saved, or got saved but empty (only occurred
when creating a list from an individual email window).
  - Exclusion list is now holds it's data (note: it always held, just didn't display)
