*** Send Individually Final Version Released  ***

  Several bugs have been fixed including when the Send button stayed grayed out 
  even if you weren't using Send Individually.  Also fixed a problem where the 
  add-in would look for a .TXT file even though the addresses had already been 
  selected, and general difficulties when using Word as the email editor.  Most 
  of these problems were associated with a recent service pack put out by Microsoft 
  (for Word, not Outlook).

*** Auto Print Upgraded  ***

  This add-in (for Outlook 2000 or better) which allows you to automatically print 
  email and/or attachments, has been upgraded to allow you to print everything in 
  one or more Outlook folders according to the built-in filters. It also now 
  supports printing in order (i.e., first email, then those attachments, second 
  email, then those attachments, etc.), unlike when you use Outlook's native printing 
  capability.  Finally, it has been fixed to handle shared mailboxes while in Exchange 
  cached mode.

*** Duplicate Eliminator Upgraded  ***

  The Duplicate Eliminator add-ins we offer are useful - but we've made an important 
  enhancement.  They all now offer to show you a report when they have finished running 
  that allows you to see WHY two items which otherwise look identical are in fact not 
  identical at all.  We'll still be here to help you if you can't resolve the difficulty, 
  but this should help that certain kind of person who simply likes to do the work 
  themselves and get on with their day.

*** The Most Common Add-In Problem And How To Fix It  ***

  By far the most common question we get goes something like this: "Our Sperry Software 
  add-in was working fine, and then today, all of a sudden, it's not working.  I'm 
  clicking on the Sperry Software Add-Ins button in the main Outlook window but it's 
  not doing anything.  How can I fix this"?
  
  The answer is simple.  Outlook protects itself whenever anything goes wrong by disabling 
  add-ins first.  While there are many reasons why Outlook chooses to disable it there's 
  only one way to bring it back.  Go to (in Outlook) Help�About Microsoft Office Outlook.  
  Click on the Disabled Items button at the bottom.  If the Sperry Software engine is listed 
  there, highlight and click Enable.  You'll need to restart Outlook in order to have the 
  add-in work again, and if you uninstalled the add-in, then you'll need to install it again 
  just in case.
  
  As mentioned, this problem can happen for many different reasons but if it happens to you 
  frequently, email us and we'll help you get to the bottom of the problem.

 
*** Outlook 2007 Beta 2  ***

  Some of you already know that a new version of the Office 2007 is available.  Some of 
  you have tried it out, and some of you are asking what's going on with Sperry Software 
  and Outlook 2007.
  
  Well, we tried it out here.  There's good news and bad news.  The good news is that the 
  add-ins work, the bad news is that the buttons do not show up in the new "ribbon" toolbar 
  when you view an individual email or contact.  This means that add-ins that don't have 
  any buttons (like Reply To All Monitor or the Duplicate Eliminators) work fine in Outlook 2007.  
  However, any add-in that requires a button on an individual Outlook item "viewer" won't be 
  able to function properly (like Follow Up Reminders).  
  
  Be rest assured that we are working hard on creating versions that will work correctly with 
  Outlook 2007, and they should be ready around September.  When those versions are ready, we 
  will let you know. 
  
  And most important of all, the upgrades will be free.

*** Recent Fixes And Updates ***

  We're beginning a new segment of our newsletter.  In an effort to let you know what changes 
  have been made to the add-ins we are now going to publish the changes in this newsletter.  
  You could always check the website and compare versions to see if you needed an upgrade, but 
  we thought this would be a nice way to remind you that there may be bug fixes or enhancements 
  that you need to know about.  The items presented here are usually minor enough to not warrant 
  a full release.

Follow Up Reminders: When forwarding an email with the Follow Up Reminders button, if the 
recipient replied to the forwarded email, the subject prefix changed from "FW: " to "RE: ", 
preventing the add-in from recognizing the subject properly.  This has been fixed.  International 
time formats are now supported when viewing the reminder times.  Created a new window that 
displays all the pending reminders in one window.

Mobile Email Redirect: International time formats now supported in "When To Send" tab. From address 
now specified.

Print On Demand: Corrected the Hothelp text displayed when viewing the temporary attachment 
folder.  Also fixed an error when saving the email and there are inadequate permissions to do 
so, and like Auto Print, it now prints the attachments in order.

Schedule Recurring Email:  International time formats now supported.

Vcard Converter: Elaborated Hothelp to mention that one VCF file will be exported with the toolbar 
button, multiple VCF files with this configuration window.  Also fixed an internal error when 
exporting partial addresses and corrected missing birthday dates.
