New Outlook Add-in's Streamline Email Processing

Sperry Software has released four add-in solutions for Microsoft Outlook
2000/2002 which make it easy to manage email processing more efficiently.
Each of the programs integrates directly into Outlook for easy access. The 
add-in's are coded to avoid the Outlook security prompts so you won't get 
those nagging security prompts.

Attachment Save makes it easy to save space in your Outlook Inbox, or in 
any other Outlook folder, by removing the file attachments from incoming 
emails and saving them to a Windows folder when each email arrives. Instead 
of writing endless customization rules to direct how Outlook should process 
attachments, Attachment Save runs in the background and works automatically.
You can also manually process a batch of emails. Attachment Save will 
automatically rename an attachment if there is a duplicate.

Email Duplicates Eliminator takes care of the annoying problem of the duplicate 
emails that are created each time you synchronize your personal data assistant 
(PDA) with your desktop computer. You can set the rules by which duplicates are 
identified, and you can either delete the duplicates, or move them to a different 
folder.

Schedule Recurring Email takes the pain out of scheduling and sending recurring 
emails. You can send regularly-scheduled emails to individuals or groups. Each 
email can have a file - or a folder - attached to it, making it ideal for 
scheduling staff meetings, sports events, or any reminders that need to be sent 
daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Add Email Addresses automatically adds names to your address book when you send 
emails. For each email that you send, you can have the program automatically add 
the recipients' names to your address book, or you can have it display a list of 
names so you can select which ones to add. Add Email Addresses works with emails 
that you initiate and those that you reply to. It processes CC (carbon copy) lists, 
and has built-in duplication checking.

Sperry Software's Outlook add-in solutions require Microsoft Outlook 2000 or 2002,
