We apologize for the inconvenience but the updates must be checked manually. You can check by looking at the Engine Version on the left hand side of the About Sperry Software Add-ins box. It should read 3.5.35 or better. If you have anything less than that, then it will be necessary for you to upgrade by first uninstalling your current add-ins (via Control Panel...Add/Remove Programs) then downloading the add-ins again from the same link you were sent in your order email. If you don't have your order email, you can request that it be resent to you.
Note: If you are using Outlook 2007, then the engine version must be at least 3.7.0.
