You can use this automated method to have your entire order email, including download/installation instructions and your order id (if you don’t know it already), regenerated and sent back. However, your order must have been placed within the last two years, otherwise the system will ignore your order.
To have your email resent, please enter in either the email address used when ordering or the order id you received when your order was first emailed.
Note that the download/installation instructions will be sent to the email address on record, that is, the one that was used when the order was first placed. To have the email sent to a different location (or any other activation issues), please email your information to TechSupport@SperrySoftware.com.
