Email Reminders
That little popup in Outlook doesn’t do you much good if you’re away from your desk. But if you have an email capable cell phone or pager, you can get Outlook to send you an email reminder in addition to the popup.
Get notified with an email reminder if you have an appointment reminder (or any other kind of Outlook reminder popup) via email. Any time one of these popup alarms shows up on your desktop window, the add-in intercepts it and generates an email to your designated address. This way if you’re away from your desk for any reason, you’ll still be notified of your reminder alarms because you can send email reminders for Outlook to your phone.
