New: Community Support added We have added a new support forum and

New: Our 37th Outlook add-in, Incoming Mail Organizer has been released!
Similar in purpose to our successful Sent Items Organizer (which files your
sent emails to a particular folder based on keywords or who you're sending to), this new add-in moves your incoming email into folders based on who it's from or keywords in the subject or body of the email for easy maintenance.
Improved: Sent Items Organizer 2.0 has been released!
As mentioned above, Sent Items Organizer automatically files your sent email into the appropriate folder based on keywords in the body of the email, or based on who you're sending it to. But now, it also puts up a "Send And File" button that first sends the email, then puts up a window where you can choose the folder where you want to store the email. This makes it simple to stay organized.
Improved: Print On Demand 3.5 has been released!
Print On Demand has always catered to being flexible for printing by adding a "Print Email" and a "Print Attachments" toolbar button. But now in version 3.5,
there's also a new "Print Both" button added to allow you to select multiple emails and then print both the emails and their attachments,
in order.
In addition, internal print routines for PDF files have been vastly improved, and we now use
our internal routines as the default for printing, similar to Auto Print. This means we no longer have the need to
drive Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, and no longer run the risk of Outlook hanging because
Acrobat or Reader are waiting for user input. Look for these and other changes on the

New: Our 36th Outlook add-in, Safeguard Send has been released!
It checks your outgoing email and prompts you if your email goes outside company domains, contains certain keywords,
has a blank subject, and three other conditions. It's perfect for making sure your confidential email stays that way.
Updated: Send Individually 2.0 has been released. Version 2.0 has
several bug fixes, now has better reporting capabilities and allows you the option
of deleting the emails from your Sent Items folder after they have been sent for
easy maintenance.
